SCOPE: MASTER PLANNING AND VISUALIZATION
Shadow Mountain Village is comprised of terraced condos nestled into the ski hill adjacent to Lift 1A, in Aspen. In conjunction with an architectural remodel process, ALA was brought on the team to re-visit the master plan. ALA began the design process by studying the existing circulation, grading, pool location, and “back of house” operations. The team then formulated a plan to best refine pedestrian circulation, ski access, fire terrace placement, pool access, planting pocket locations, grading / the integration of walls, and overall look and feel of the property.
