201 Federal Street will be the home of more than 200 residents and the tallest building in Maine hwne complete in 2023. ALA developed a concept for an intimate courtyard space with flexible seating and a water wall backdrop, inspired by Paley Park in New York. Our team collaborated with an artist to incorporate cast bronze details through the space, juxtaposing the fine granite, wood, and steel palette.
