Situated along Harmony Road, a major collector to the city of Fort Collins, just one mile west of the I-25 interchange, this 12 acre site was slated for mixed commercial development. The project goals included balancing retail, residential, and office uses around a series of pocket parks and plazas that employ Low Impact Development principles. Terrain was specifically tasked with developing concept-level site and amenity plans, building massing, and illustration of proposed buildings and landscape character.
